Trust me, I get messages weekly from people who lost thousands of dollars on a security deposit on an illegitimate vacation rental. It makes me sick!

In fact we personally visit the property with the property owner and take a video of the unit and surrounding area. We then make this video available to prospective renters upon request.

If there are issues when you arrive after viewing the rental before checking in, upon your request your deposit will be returned to you immediately by bank wire minus a nominal fee.
